The hub is the part that stays with you. Every future device connects to it. If your dog rides beside you in the cabin, the hub alone is enough.

Why a subscription?
The hub has its own SIM card and sends data over the mobile network. Keeping that running, along with the alerts and the sticker page, is an ongoing cost. That’s why it’s a plan and not built into the device price.

Temperature and humidity

When is ZenDogs coming to my country?+
There’s no date yet, and we won’t make one up. We launch where the interest is, and the early access list is how we find out. When your country is next, you hear it first.
Do I pay anything now?+
No. No pre-order, no deposit. Just your country and your email. You decide when it’s actually available.
Is the price final? Is there a subscription?+
The price shown is what we expect, including VAT. The final price is confirmed at launch. The hub sends alerts over its own SIM, so the service runs on a subscription. Basic from €9, Premium from €19 a month.
Do I need the sensor, or is the hub enough?+
If your dog rides in the cabin, the hub’s own thermometer is enough. If they travel in a crate or the boot, add a sensor. It goes next to them, and the hub stays by the 12 V socket.
What happens if there’s no signal?+
The app tells you the device can’t be reached. So you never think everything is fine when it isn’t. As soon as the connection is back, readings and alerts continue.
Who sees the data on the sticker page?+
Anyone who scans it. But only the temperature, and a button to reach you. Your name, phone number and email never appear.
